What’s the difference between the exclusive round table ticket, single ticket, and group?

What time do doors open on Thursday?

For exclusive ticket, 2 pm. For single and group tickets, 6 pm.

What do I do when I get there?  

Please make sure to check in at our check-in table so we can give you your wristband. Your wristband will allow you to go into the buildings during the event. Our lobby will be open for hang out time to meet other youth pastors and leaders before session begins.  

 

What is the detailed schedule?  

You can refer to the Youth Pastor/Youth Leader tickets tab for the schedule. More details regarding the schedule will be sent out closer to the round table event. 

 

Does registration for Round Table also cover registration for Valley Conference?  

Yes. Round Table is Thursday-Friday, and Valley Conference is Friday-Saturday for students. Any youth pastor that is registered for round table is invited back to attend the Valley Conference portion as well. There will also be a leader session with Manny Arango and Michael El-Takrori.  

 

Can I register for just one night?  

We do not offer a ticket for just one night or for individual sessions.  

 

Is there an age limit for attendees?  

Round Table is geared for any person that is leading in ministry in some capacity above 18 years of age. Though if you have a group of students that are considered student leaders or influencers and are upperclassmen, we are open to allowing them to come. Please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate. 

 

Is there a discount for groups?  

Yes, group registration is for 10 or more people only. Refer to the youth pastor ticket tab for more info.  

Are meals included in registration?  

If you purchased an exclusive round table ticket, meals are included. There are not meals included for a regular round table ticket.  

 

Do you have suggestions for hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby?  

Yes!  

Hotels:  Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Happy Valley, Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix North Happy Valley, Hyatt Place Phoenix - North  

Restaurants: Joyride, Federal Pizza, Two Hippies (The Beach House), Postino, Valentine PHX, Culinary Dropout 

 
Coffee Shops: Driftwood,  Press Coffee, Lux Central, Cartel

 

Do I need cash? 

Our merch shop and food trucks available take cards, but cash is great too.  

 

How cool is the merch this year? 

Only the coolest and will only be for sale during this weekend!  

 

Where are we supposed to park?  

Our church campus has many parking lots available for you to park in for free. 

 

Can we bring food inside the building? 

Yes, you can!
