Conference FAQs

Can I bring a group of students to Valley Conference?

Yes! We have a group registration specifically for your students. Please click on the Group Registration tab.

What if I know students in the area that should attend, but they wouldn’t be going with a church?

Then they need to register as a Heart Youth student. We are liable for any minors that walk onto our church campus, any student’s safety is our utmost priority. Click on the Heart Youth Registration tab.

What grades are allowed for students to attend Valley Conference?

Jr high and high school, 6th-12th grade!

What time do doors open on Friday?

We will have a pre-party outside starting at 6 pm. Students will be able to check-in in the main lobby when they arrive and get a wristband. A wristband is required for the duration of the conference. They can hang with other students and play outside games until session starts at 7 pm. Doors will not open until right before session.

What is the detailed schedule for Valley Conference?

You can refer to the Group Registration tab for the schedule. More details regarding the schedule will be sent out closer to the event.

Is there an overnighter happening?

We are not responsible for any overnighters taking place. Parents are required to pick students up by 11 pm on Friday night and then bring them back Saturday morning. If churches or crews are planning an overnighter, that will be on that pastor/leader.

Can I register for just one night?

We do not offer a ticket for just one night or for individual sessions.

Are there meals included at Valley Conference?

We will have a snack shack available for sale, as well as our restaurant Brushfire on campus will be open. The only meal provided will be lunch on Saturday. Food trucks will also be available at various times.

Do I need cash?

Our merch shop and food trucks available take cards, but cash is great too.

How cool is the merch this year?

Only the coolest and will only be for sale during this weekend!

Where are we supposed to park?

Our church campus has many parking lots available for you to park in for free.

Can we bring food inside the building?

Our main auditorium is where conference is held and also where church will be taking place that weekend. While we want to be flexible with students having snacks and drinks, they must consume them outside to prevent any major spillage or more clean up.

We hope this has helped with any questions you have! If you still need additional info please email youth@pureheart.org.
